Anti-Human AXL Therapeutic Antibody scFv Fragment (Ax225 (was demonstrated to recognize FND1 of AXL))

The Anti-AXL antibody is an full mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically bind to anexelekto, which is a receptor tyrosine kinase and is said to be responsible for signal transduction to downstream molecules through its autophosphorylation and involved in cell growth enhancement, suppression of apoptosis, cell migration, and cell adhesion. The AXL-specific antibody herein can exert an angiogenesis-suppressive effect and an antitumor effect by inhibiting phosphporylation activity of AXL, and therefore be used in the treatment of cancers such as pancreatic Adenocarcinoma and breast Cancer.
