Ready-to-use recombinant lentiviral CB iPSC virus supernatant: Pretested high-titer concentrated virus. 100ul is enough for 2-5 experiments. The viral vector is optimized for efficient CB 34+ cell iPSC induction and any minor design deviation from this vector will lead to complete failure of iPSC induction. Transduction of target cells with this viral vector will lead to functional Sox2 protein expression.
