Partial tRNA Tryptophan
tRNATrp is a primer of reverse transcriptase of Avian retroviruses (except ASNV). tRNATrp is purified from human placenta with the following procedures:
(1) the extraction of total RNA by phenol-chloroform;(2) the chromatogram extraction of total tRNA with DE52;(3) the chromatogram separation of total tRNATrp with DEAE-Sephadex (A50). Detection is performed by aminoacylation of tRNA with H3-lableled tryptophan using aminoacyl tRNA synthetase from bovine liver. For long-term storage (years), it is recommended that this product be stored at -80°C at a concentration of no less than 0.5mg/ml. For short-term storage, this product is stable at -20°C for a minimum of one year.
