Recombinant human antibody to gp41. This is a variant of 10E8, with 2 H/ no L framework mutations. 10E8-2fH/0fL had an ∼2-fold fold decrease in potency, compared with the analogous variant without two H chain framework mutations (10E8-0fH/0fL).
