Nitrile Hydratase (Crude Enzyme)
In enzymology, nitrile hydratases are mononuclear iron or non-corrinoid cobalt enzymes that catalyse the hydration of diverse nitriles to their corresponding amides. This product with the indicated enzyme activity was briefly purified from engineered E. coli.
