Recombinant Rat Anti-T. californica CHRNA1 Antibody (mAb6)
Recombinant Rat Antibody (mAb6) is capable of binding to T. californica CHRNA1, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This suggests that the mAb6-peptide recogni- tion involves the hydrophobic W67, Y72, and 17' side chains, whereas the hydrophobic N69 and D7' side chains remain essentially flexible and in contact with the surrounding water molecules.
