Antipain dihydrochloride
Antipain dihydrochloride, a protease inhibitor isolated from Actinomycetes, inhibits N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG)-induced transformation and increases chromosomal aberration. It restricts DNA synthesis and function of mice uterus.
