Voacamine
Voacamine is an alkaloid originally isolated from Voacanga. It is a cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) antagonist with IC50 value of 41 nM. It has been approved as an antimalarial drug in several African countries. It is also under investigation for modulating multidrug-resistance in tumor cells.
