Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone JAR 1, which is specific to N. meningitidis fHbp. JAR 1 inhibited binding of fH to fHbp and had human complement-mediated bactericidal activity. It inhibited fH binding, had human complement-mediated bactericidal activity.
