ICG-001
ICG-001 is an antagonist of Wnt/β-catenin/TCF-mediated transcription and binds to cyclic AMP responsive element binding-binding protein (CBP)-mediated transcription with IC50 value of 3 µM. ICG-001 has been demonstrated to inhibit gastric cancer cell growth and reduce chemoresistance of cancer stem cell-like population.
