Human Anti-TLR Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb 12); Fab Fragment
Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb 12) Fab Fragment is specific to TLR, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment binds an epitope that overlaps the C-terminal dsRNA binding site and blocks the interaction of TLR3ecd with dsRNA, thus directly antagonizing TLR3 signaling through inhibition of SU formation.
