Mouse Anti-HIV-1 p24 Recombinant Antibody (clone AG3.0); scFv Fragment
Recombinant monoclonal antibody broadly binds to the Gag capsid protein (p24–27) and Gag precursors p38, p55, and p150 of HIV-1, HIV-2, SIVmac, and SIVagm. AG3.0 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that can be potencially used in the treatment of patients with SIV infection or HIV infection.
