Human Anti-HIV-1 gp160 Recombinant Antibody (clone HZ74)
Recombinant human antibody to gp160(305-318). HZ74 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, B, BC, C, D and F. It cross-competed with mAbs HR10 and HGA9 for binding to gp120. HZ74 neutralized HIV-1 isolates.
