PPNDS
PPNDS is a potent and selective P2X1 receptor antagonist (pKB = 7.43 in rat vas deferens). PNDS is approximately 50-fold less selective for P2Y1R and does not interact with α1A-adrenergic, adenosine A1 and A2B, histamine H1, or muscarinic M3 receptors.
