Recombinant Mouse Antibody (F10. 6. 6) is capable of binding to Chicken LYZ, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This mAb was obtained after long-term exposure to the antigen and belongs to a group of antibodies, including mAb D44. 1, which recognize the β-pleated sheet domain of HEL.
