Ac2-12
Ac2-12 is an annexin/lipocortin 1-mimetic peptide that inhibits leukocyte extravasation. It promotes detachment of neutrophils from activated mesenteric endothelium in mice in vivo. It reduces neutrophil adhesion and emigration. It has an anti-inflammatory effect.
