Rociletinib
Rociletinib is an oral, small-molecule, irreversible epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. The EGFR inhibitor CO-1686 binds to and inhibits mutant forms of EGFR, including T790M, resulting in cell death in drug-resistant tumor cells.
