AGI-5198
AGI-5198 is a highly potent, selective inhibitor of mutant IDH1 that has been shown to have potential anticancer activity. AGI-5198 showed good potency in U87 R132H cell-based assays and demonstrated ~90% tumor 2-HG inhibition in the corresponding mouse xenograft model after BID administration.
