N-Linoleoylethanolamine-d4 is the labeled analogue of N-Linoleoylethanolamine (L467685), which reduces lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in macrophages and reduces inflammation in ameliorates 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced contact dermatitis. N-Linoleoylethanolamine inhibits NF-κB signaling and may be used as a therapeutic agent against contact dermatitis.
