Copanlisib free base
Copanlisib is a potent phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor that inhibits tumor cell growth and survival in susceptible tumor cell populations. Activation of the PI3K signaling pathway is often associated with tumorigenesis, and dysregulation of the PI3K signaling pathway may contribute to tumor resistance to a variety of antitumor drugs.
