Resminostat
Resminostat is an orally bioavailable histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. Resminostat binds to and inhibits HDACs, leading to the accumulation of hyperacetylated histones, which may lead to the induction of chromatin remodeling, inhibition of tumor suppressor gene transcription, inhibition of tumor cell division, and induction of tumor cell apoptosis.
