PD-153035 free base
PD153035 is an ATP-competitive EGFR inhibitor. PD153035 potently blocks mitotic enhancement, induction of early gene expression, and oncogenic transformation by EGF receptor stimulation. In breast and ovarian cancer cells, PD153035 not only blocks cell growth by inhibiting EGFR but also upregulates the expression of the tumor suppressor retinoic acid receptor-β 2 (RAR-β2).
