AB0046 antibody is an antibody specific inhibitory mice MMP9, had a kinetics similar binding and inhibition with AB0041. AB0046 antibody that bound was suggested specifically to an epitope comprising residues in some mice MMP9 corresponding to the portion containing the amino acid 159-166 of human MMP9. It was confirmed that can serve as a murine surrogate antibodies associated in a murine model of human disease.
