Sapitinib free base

Sapitinib is an erbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor with potential antitumor activity. The erbB kinase inhibitor AZD8931 binds to and inhibits the erbB tyrosine receptor kinase, which may inhibit cell proliferation and angiogenesis in erbB-expressing tumors. The erbB protein family, also known as the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family, plays an important role in tumor cell proliferation and tumor vasculogenesis.
