PF 998425
PF 998425 is a novel, nonsteroidal androgen receptor (AR) antagonist (IC50= 26 nM and 90 nM in AR binding assays and cellular assays respectively) for sebum control and treatment of androgenetic alopecia. It is potent, selective, and active in vivo. PF 998425 exhibits low affinity for progesterone receptor (IC50 > 10 μM).
