TCS HDAC6 20b is a histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) inhibitor. TCS HDAC6 20b inhibits HCT116 growth at a concentration of 5 µM in combination with taxol. It also inhibits growth of MCF-7 cells stimulated by estrogen.
